Without going into a lengthy back story with another dealer/shop, I’ve been driving my 2006 Honda civic with a rattle on cold start and shift for almost 2 years without a definitive diagnosis. Worried I’d be a stranded senior. Thank you to Dansen’s crew when went in for rear brake light switch replacement it was brought to my attention serpentine drive belt and drive belt tensioner needed replacement. Vehicle drives like a dream now, no rattle or rumble. Special praises to Dansen and crew and reception, Annie and Chy always make customers feel welcome and confident in their service.
