Dansen is the Best! I have been going to Tony Volkswagen since 2017 when I purchased my car there, and they have never done half the things that Dansen accomplished in only two visits! I would always ask Tony Volkswagen for recommendations because it felt like my car was breaking down and they always told me it was good, that I only need oil change and tires. So, thanks to my sister, I was able to find Dansen! I had so many problems with my Toyota Camry, I needed the front and back breaks done. I needed new tires, which is great because it came with a warranty. Today I just had a diagnose, and in doing so they were able to remove contaminated antifreeze, flush heater and cooling system, refill with fresh antifreeze and test for any other cooling system leaks! They really worked very hard on my car, and honestly, they just look like they are having fun doing what they love. When I use to go to Tony Volkswagen there were several mechanics who were always miserable looking messy, and unfriendly. Dansen's mechanic team is small, but such a SOLID team! Especially when I had a re-alignment, they took my car out for a few extra drives just to make sure it drove right and safe! I love the front office ladies, they are so friendly and professional, Anne is really easy-going and personable, Chy is great too. The office is so clean, and cozy feeling that one of the customers today said, "She doesn't want to leave because the chair is so comfortable". I am glad that Dansen's work space is clean and professional looking, especially during this Covid-19 it feels safe. The PRICE is FAIR because you can TRUST that you are going to be riding out smooth. Thank you, Dansen for having the best interest of your customers. You guys are the BEST!
