Waianae Auto Repair

I have used Dansens for years for service and repairs. We are fortunate on the Westside to have an all service vehicle maintenance facility close by. I and others in my office appreciate his reasonable prices and prompt service. He has also been very supportive of our Waianae Community Christmas Parade. Mahalo Dansen.

I pulled in for air.... and was impressed with the service. I received.. I appreciate how DANSEN mechanic took out the time to check all my tires..... and informed me of some issues that he notice. All for free. .Makes me like they care about the customer .Mahalo!

Dansen's was able to do my safety check inspection promptly even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. The staff is always welcoming and courteous upon arrival. The waiting area is spacious and always a clean environment with a cool AC.

Okay. Let's get this out of the way right up front. Dansesns isn't a discount auto-repair facility. In my opinion, however (based upon several years working in the auto-repair and parts industry), they offer good value for the cost of their services. I'm a picky customer with an emotional attachment to my car. While my 20-year-old vehicle is really nothing special, they treated me and it as if it were a costly antique. Their facility is clean and orderly (a clue to defining a quality car-repair business by any measure), their waiting room is also spotless (and air conditioned!), the customer-service staff is friendly, patient and communicative, and their service staff seems (by example of their completed actions) competent and capable. I was very pleased with the repairs and servicing my vehicle received (battery, alternator, and drive-belt replacement, and radiator flush and refill), and the timely completion of the job. I would recommend Dansens to anyone with a car-repair or servicing need.
