In my opinion, however (based upon several years working in the auto-repair and parts industry), they offer good value for the cost of their services. I'm a picky customer with an emotional attachment to my car. While my 20-year-old vehicle is really nothing special, they treated me and it as if it were a costly antique. Their facility is clean and orderly (a clue to defining a quality car-repair business by any measure), their waiting room is also spotless (and air conditioned!), the customer-service staff is friendly, patient and communicative, and their service staff seems (by example of their completed actions) competent and capable. I was very pleased with the repairs and servicing my vehicle received (battery, alternator, and drive-belt replacement, and radiator flush and refill), and the timely completion of the job. I would recommend Dansens to anyone with a car-repair or servicing need.

I went in for an oil change & was recommended for an air/cabin filter change at an exceptional price. Its been over a week now and our car is running smooth, everyone has noticed the freshness of the air-conditioner. Our westside heat has been excruciating lately, so this EXTRA AC boost was needed & greatly appreciated. Mahalo nui loa. Chy was also really professional & gave us an estimate of how much it will cost for the new tires which I was considering while looking at one of the brochures on their countertops. Looking forward to continuing business with an “’Ohana Oriented” Staff.

Honest super great service

I spoke at length to the mechanic as there was a warning light on my car. The whole staff were professional, civil and extremely friendly. It was a great visit and I'm very happy with the way they dealt with my car issue.
