I was in desperate need of towing. I called my Roadside Assistance & in no time I got a call from Michelle. She let me know when she would be by my home & showed up promptly. She is amazing! For a small woman she hooked up my car on the flatbed in no time. She was very personable and professional. Thank you Michelle!

It was the first time ever that my tire blew out on the freeway, very scary experience, but I was able to get it in a safe area but it was at a steep incline drive way near a busy street. Called Honda Care Roadside assistance and they connected me to Dansen's Towing. Michelle, was really nice and very good at her job. She came on time and being that we were in a tricky area, she was super patient and very careful with my car, and managed to get my car on to her truck backwards on a steep incline in the hot sun and without any scratches. She was was really nice on the way to the dealership and made me feel calm considering this stressful situation, not to mention she also had snacks which was an added plus since it was quite a bit of a wait. I really appreciate her amazing customer service and her kindness in helping me out. Would definitely recommend their services because of Michelle.

Dansen is the son of a family friend, and we have been going to him since the beginning. He is always professional, thorough, affordable, and available. He is personally there most days, and if he isn't, another family member is. I would highly recommend this business for quality labor and fixes, basic oil changes, and of course, as a convenient safety inspection station. Can't go wrong. I highly suggest making an appointment or calling ahead if you can as they DO get busy sometimes.

It's a good place to have your vehicle repaired and their towing service is also good safety check price is good $26.00 compared to other places is more

First time customer. I looked at reviews online and asked others which auto shop I should go to. Multiple people recommended this Dansen's. I took my truck in for tire rotation and balance. Everyone there was professional and provided great customer service. They do good trustworthy work on the vehicles. This is the only place I will go from now on. Mahalo nui loa!

Wish I found this crew 3 years ago! The only garage that could check my car in less than 3 weeks, and they had all the parts on hand. Called Thursday morning, dropped off that afternoon and my car was ready for pickup by noon the next day! Office was clean and is a Napa certified.
